Lag happans for no reason online or offline any game lags without any reason my specs are intel core i5 7200u upto 3.1ghz laptop

 Hdd 1tb toshiba.  8gb ddr4 ram.  Windows 10 pro activated  asus x556u  nvidia 940mx 2gb graphics intel hd 620 4gb graphics combiend 

What do i do any game lags any answer
