ram problems

Hi guys recenlty i found out that my ram is abit strange when i close everything in my computer such as firefox steam and discord and i notice that my ram usgae still at 50++% which is atleast 4GB is used by other stuff in my computer.i not sure that its normal or what so i hoping you guys can help me out,there is a picture down below show that my ram usage.thanks  [Yea i got 8GB DDR4 ram]

That's just windows for you, I'm at 8.1/16 GB with just chrome open which uses 2.5 GB but you could try to disable some programs that auto start in task manager https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/remove-windows-10-startup-programs-3615075/

At 65% you're fine.
