EVGA or MSI are basically the top tiers in nvidia gpus. Gigabyte is also good but some of their cards get loud under load

What about the prices of various cards?

not Zotac though, their use of components for high end Pascal cards are worse than others.

MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Gaming 8G, EVGA GTX 1070 Ti 8GB SC Black Edition Gaming ACX 3.0 (or the FTW edition is better), Palit GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Super JetStream, Zotac GeForce GTX 1070 Ti AMP Edition. Are prob the best. But all gpus should be fine. Because they are high end. You can also look up a vid on youtube called ehat 1070ti to pick? He got a perfect comparison

From price to performance perspective, this one of course. Spend some time undervolting it and the lousy fans will no longer be a problem, while you get a 1070ti for $60 less than the second cheapest option.

If you do value RGB and excellent overclocking potential, then it will certainly be this

just get the Strix if you want more cooling and overclocking. Not worth buying the Gigabyte 3 fan.

Yes, 3 fans means more efficient amount of cool air on radiator and more silence. I recommend you to go with 3 fans version.

Also speaking about brands, I would suggest to go either with Asus Strix, either Gigabyte. Me and my friend have those cards but GTX 1070s and they both are very cool and silent.
