High end pc? medium end?

Hey guys, what do you guys consider this pc? high-end, medium end?

CPU: Core I7 4790k 4.0 ghz (stock)

GPU: GTX 1080ti

Motherboard: Msi Z97 gaming 3

Memory: 16GB 2400mhz ddr3

PSU: Corsair rm650x

Storage: 1 1tb hard drive & 1 250gb ssd

Medium/High.

VERY GOOD GPU.

Pretty good CPU.

Both kinda. It is a ddr3 system wich makes it kinda outdated in some way. But the specs are top tier ddr3. Medium high

High end being current 28 cores Intel or 32 cores AMD quite frankly this is just an average/common desktop with a very beefy mainstream GPU and a very good PSU.
