This started about a week ago. For some reason the performance in every game has dropped quite a bit. Every game I play I should be getting around 100% gpu usage as I've got a gtx 760 and the games I play are new and relatively graphic intensive. I noticed a large drop in frame rate in all of these games to the point of unplayable and I also noticed gpu usage was only hitting about 50 to 80 percent. What's interesting however is that running a furmark benchmark test will bring gpu usage to 100%. Windows is up to date, and I've tried reinstalling graphics drivers. I've also tried installing older drivers but that's not working either. The only way to fix my problem is to restart the computer at which point performance and gpu usage goes back up in games. However, a few hours later I will start a game and I'm back at horrible performance. Temps are fine too. I would of thought maybe a dying gpu but if restarting fixes the problem, that wouldn't make sense. Any ideas? The games I'm playing are World of Tanks, World of Warships, Battlefield 1, and War Thunder.

have you tried slightly over or underclocking when the usage gets funny? it might force GPU usage back to normal.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Most probably the FX 8350 is bottlenecking you GPU.

An fx 8350 would not bottleneck a 760. It's the other way around if anything. Also bottlenecks don't just happen randomly on a set date.

I overclock it once and a while anyway. It's not being overclocked when the issues start happening though.
