Hi. have a problem here. Had an 8Gb of ram one stick than i added another 8ram into the motherboard in the right slot... but when i turn on my computer nothing happing even bios dont turn on. just black screen... HELPPPPP p.s tried to swap rams- changed the old ram into new one and it worked but still when i add in the second slot nothing  is happeing...

what motherboard, cpu and ram are you using?

i looked at the manual real quick, do you have both sticks in the red slots?

so from what i understand both ram sticks work on their own but not together?

 

have you tried using one ram stick and test all ram slots to confirm all 4 slots work?

also a bios update to a newer version could be a fix if you're not on the latest yet
