Is Google is doing scamm or it is there offence over user privacy.

Though I had turned off my precise GPS location tracker still they are tracking my device location.

Turning off/down your GPS accuracy does not turn off Google's tracking. After turning everything off you wish in the above link go into settings in google maps on your phone go thru each section one by one turning off the things you don't want (assuming it doesn't get disabled already from above link).

Truth is you can't escape your master, they own you and know all about you, embrace your master and love them.

 

Seriously everytime you load a website or google maps (or site using it) on your phone or even a computer google knows where you currently are(assuming you are logged in), they store it to some degree because that is what they do, only way of escaping it fully is to fully disconnect your internet and never go back, because if it isn't google it's someone else.
