Perhaps try updating the bios first. See if the usb stick works in another computer.

Hello, i've build a pc for my friend but it's not loading when we try to install windows on the drive.

If we turn it on with the installer USB in the pc, the loading icon freezes and the pc does nothing. Does anyone know what I can do to make it work?

Sounds to me like the system is crashing. Test the ram with Memtest86 first, then try booting e.g. Ubuntu Linux from a USB-stick and seeing if it crashes.
