Budget gaming pc

Hey guyz , I am planning a budget gaming PC for my friend. Currently he has a very low budget. So I've planned the following parts:

1. GIGABYTE GeForce GT 1030 2gb GPU.

2. 8 GB ddr4 2400mhz ram.

3.ASRock A320M-HDV Motherboard

4.AMD Ryzen 3 1300X Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler.

5.450 watt PSU.

 

So, can this rig afford to games like Pubg, GTA 5 etc in 1080p medium settings @ 30 fps or high. 

He can't afford more than 25000 Indian rupees or $360

Why not pick up a B450 board and a 2200G and overclock it a bit and drop the GT 1030?

Instead of an gt1030 and a r3 1300x, get a r5 2400g, it's built in apu is as good as the gt1030, but it is much cheaper.

Then get a b450 mobo.

What should I do in order to play GTA 5 and pubg at 1080p medium or low settings at @ 30-40 fps constant??

r5 2400g and r2 2200g both get constant 75fps at 1080p low in gta 5, so at medium settings they should get about 60fps.

 

In pubg they get 1080p 60fps at all low, except view distance, which is set to high.
