Hi,

I have a pc for a client with some issues with a vga to usb adapter, it is a full height tower so we installed a nvidia 750 gpu. we have an issue where the nvidia driver installer cannot find the gpu, I am thinking it could be a motherboard issue and that the outdated drivers on it cant detect the gpu in the 16x slot. in device manager it shows the display adapter as a standard vga output device.

Would updating the drivers fix this issue?

The motherboard in an asus ipiel-LA3.

It also wont display 2x monitors off of the GPU but i am assuming this is because the drivers are not updated, (1x HDMI and 1x DVI off of the GPU)
