Ryzen 5 2600x only 3C6T recognized?

for some reason my R5 2600x only has 3 cores 6 threads enabled. Iv'e tried setting downcore to SIX (3 + 3) but that didn't change anything... Help!

Go into your BIOS and see if any cores are disabled.

 

Also go into msconfig and set your processor count to 12.

Disable downcore completely and, as Crunchy said, make sure that "number of processors" is not set in msconfig -> boot tab -> advanced options button.
