How do I get this water block off?

So I have an evga gtx 1080 with a water block on it, and I can't figure a way to get those screws off the top so I can clean out the vue fluid that's gunked iy up.

wasn't very helpful as the block we have is a prebuilt that came with the block.

What do you mean, you would just get the appropriate screw driver and remove all the silver Philips screws you see. The hard part is realigning the oring seal so it compresses properly and evenly.
