What happens with my Windows/laptop?

Fritzkier

I don't know if it's actually a problem on the software or the hardware. Please help.

I'm pretty sure this is a software problem since safe mode can't and don't reproduce this problem. (and restarting from safe mode to normal mode doesn't reproduce this problem too. but then I restart my system, and the problem occurs again.)

If you're wondering:

My specs

i5 7200U, GT 940MX, 8GB RAM, 256GB SATA SSD (Samsung 850 EVO) with 1 TB 5400rpm HDD. Acer E5-475G.

Windows 10 Insider Preview (Fast Ring).

Should I do it on safe mode or just normal mode?

And what drivers should I reinstall? Integrated GPU or discrete GPU?

CHKDSK in normal mode.

Try reinstalling both, but use DDU in safe mode.

Okay, thanks. I'll tell you later if it works or not.

UPDATE: okay, before I'm using DDU, I tried to update my integrated GPU via device manager. And voila it works. Thank you guys for helping me. ?
