Hey all!

I'm running my Ryzen 7 1700 on an MSI B350 Tomahawk and no matter what I do I cannot over clock it. In Ryzen Master I am able to get a stable OC to 4.0ghz at 1.35v, but when I enter my BIOS to OC it there as OCing in Ryzen Master is annoying since it doesnt save the settings,, my PC just doesnt boot. The fans spin, everything is working but nothing is displayed on my monitor, like at all. I thought maybe hey, its probably the voltage not being high enough, so I lowered the CPU ratio and bumped up the voltage and still nothing.

Anyone have experience with this board in particular? Is something up or am I just being a noob?

Thanks!

I think its that your trying to bios overclock on a B motherboard and they realy arnt meant for that the overclocking working in ryzen master might be all you get with that motherboard a H or X or Z  board would allow more base overclocking in bios didn't know it gave you the option on a B board.

I don't have the same board, but I think when I was first OCing my r5 1600 on a B350 chipset, my computer took like 3-4 minutes to display anything after restart. The best advice I can give is to OC in the BIOS and just wait a few minutes to see what happens
