Windows will not boot

So after a clean windows installation following not being able to get into windows and failing to repair it by any means, my windows is having the exact same problems of booting into a black screen. 

 

I am having no BIOS issues and I am starting to wonder whether this is a hardware issue, perhaps with my SSD or mobo.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Try using the drive in another system.
