$5000 Budget, did I do it right?

So basically with a theoretical budget of $5000 gross tax, would this setup be the best preformance I can snatch for the value, my goals are for high benchmarks on 3DMark (Hopefully Hall of Fame), Intense 1440p 60-144 fps, Ultra settings low temp Gaming (however I plan to hit 5.1 Ghz with OC), streaming, recording and editing. My monitor Is a Dell S2716DG (Has G-Sync), its not shown but there are 6 140mm Noc fans and 3 120mm for the two rads I plan on using for the custom hardline loop. Anything I should remove, change or add, feel free to critique.

No,

not sure about the goal of the build, but you have money spent on stuff like 16gb ram which isn’t needed for 3d mark when you could spend it on a i9 processor or something. Also stuff like a m.2 isn’t needed for 3d mark.

You dont need to go with the "most expensive, most reliable" especially for the psu, ram, mobo, most importantly the god damn case, the hdd the ssd, the gpu. You get my point.
