1500x or 2200g?

I'm building a new PC for my parents' store, and I found these two CPUs with a very similar price, which one should I get? or should I save them $30 and go for a 1300x?

I don't need a GPU, I'm not buying one.

Do you have a GPU you'll be using?

If yes then go with the 1500X or 1600 if you can, otherwise go with the 2200g

The Ryzen 5 1500x doesn't have an Integrated GPU. So your only choice is the Ryzen 5 2200g since you're not buying a dedicated GPU.
