Yeah, the 8500 will do well for both. I have an 8600K and can stream 720p60fps to Twitch (I haven't figured out how to get 1080p) playing Rocket League on max settings completely fine. so recording and gaming is essentially the same thing.

So as you may have seen from the title i am looking to build a gaming pc but i don't know wich parts i should buy for the things i want to do with it. So I want it to be a pc where i can record on while my game still looks good if that makes any sense. I have a budget of 1100$ so i don't even know if that is possible but i would appreciate if someone could help me.

Here's a list to think about. The 8600K is great for recording and playing simultaneously with a GTX 1060.

You could've specified that you live in Belgium, you used the dollar sign I just assumed United States, I could create a Belgium-oriented parts list if you're interested.

Here's a Belgium-located list, I changed the CPU to a locked 8500 since there's a B360 board anyway, some G.Skill Ripjaws, the NZXT S340, and the push-pull Edition of the 33 eSports.
