Mantinance intervall for custom loop

How often do you clean and mantinace your loop?

For my part i try to change the colant once a year and every 2 years rip everything appart and give it a propper clean, brush, new tubes and seals.

 

Allso: What do you think about things like mayhems blitz? Cleaning solutions to flush trough your loop to cealn aout gunk etc

6 - 12 months is what I recommend.

That depends on what you're using; distilled water might last longer than a colored fluid

I use a premixx from Aquacomputer. Real nice stuff

Usually I recommend to change the fluid at a max of 12months, most times you can flush it and just replace the fluid but you do want to give a very close inspection to ensure there is no build up at all. If there is any at all you're going to want to tear down your system to do a deep cleaning, especially for products such as pastel based fluids.
