Posted August 3, 2018 So I recently found my old Acer aspire | M laptop with Windows 10 and when i tried logging in the password i thought it was wasn't the right one. I've looked everywhere online of how to reset the password; so far I've tried the command prompt fix but i didn't work( I did not see my account name in net user btw). The other methods told me i had to reset the laptop but i have too many pictures and files i would like to keep. So is there any other way to reset my password where i wouldn't have to delete everything on the laptop?
