Neither most likely, EVGA 240 AIO is probably cheaper.

As @Streetguru said, prob neither, I'd get an EVGA 280 CLC (about the same price as a h100i V2)

This may be the case in some cases(pun not intended), but AIOs are usually better for higher overclocks. Plus they're usually quieter than air coolers.
