Hi, I finished upgrading my PC today, and I tested system with userbench. CPU have "Performing way below expectations" tag. What this means?

I did something wrong? Or its because I dont have absolutely top-tear MB? (I have B360 GAMING PLUS)

Bench is here: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10039326

It means that about 80% of people with that CPU get better performance than you do.  What's strange is when I check the averaged scores and compare to yours, you seem to be right on target, or even slightly above, so I'm not sure what's with that tbh.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

EDITED:

I runned benchmark again: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10039571

Now I am getting very good results :D Strange

It could be caused by throttling, people overclocking by boosting the base clock, or perhaps most likely, just by having other programs running in the background that hurt your score on that one run.  Considering it seems to be working properly now, I'd say it's the last one.

Second bench was right after first :D Its not background apps :D And throttling? I have stable 85 when stress testing

Or this is too high? CPU still not throttled (Max was 87)

It says there's no throttling so it shouldn't be affecting performance but you might still need to check the clock speed chart to make sure it's boosting to the max, and not just to some lower level, which would impact performance without technically being throttling in the strictest sense.

Probably its because your ram is 2666Mhz. Most users buy 3200Mhz which doesnt mean much in real life but it does show on synthetics.

You are performing just as you may perform. The slight subpar score comes with the subpar ram speeds and the subpar cooling solution you got there. Most of your turbo boost will be slightly reduced by the fact you have higher ºC (even if not throttling, throttling and turbo boost are two different things).

Cheers!

8700 supports only 2666 memory. 3200 will be waste :D So I need water cooling to have better temps? Because I think my cooler is not bad

alot of people who run it, have a 5ghz overclock on it too, so the "expectation" is higher then normal.

Firestrike
i7-8700k @5.0GHz w/ 1.30v, Corsair h100iv2, Gigabye Aorus gaming 7, 16GB(8x2) 2666MHz ddr4, Dual RX470's OC'd to 1390mhz(atm) in corssfire - liguid cooled with corsair h60's, 3.25 TB in Samsung SSD's, anidees white crystal cube case

Retired:
i5-4440k @3.2GHz, gigabyte ga-z87x-ud5h z87, 24GB DDR3, 3x1TB Seagate Baracuda HDD.

Thats not how that works. At all. But well, its not like you'd get much out of it. Like i said, the slight subpar performance comes from slower memory and subpar cooling.

So, I did research and I had SilentiumPC Fera 2, so I bought Fera 3, cos why not and MX-4 paste:D

Results seems almost same:

90C on 4.26GHz after like 1 minute of stress test and stay on this (AIDA was running for 20 minutes)

Ambient temperature was 30-31C (Because we have hot days  :D)

Temperature of top of cooler 42C

So, is it because of ambient temperature? Or something is not good. Is CPu broken? I dont want delid :D
