File browser app for Androis???

I had ESfile explores, it was a little ify on my phone, but I can't seem to find where my downloaded files are with the default... The are not in download history, I have clones & want to delete the others... Just need to know where they are, VLC sees 4 of the same file...The play store still says es is installed, but I unistalled,,, So I cab't reinstall...

File Manager. 

Easy, Simple, yaddah, yaddah. 

Open the app, hit downloads. That easy.
