So I am planning on getting a gaming setup(PC and Monitor) for my birthday. My budget is 700 euros. For that price I want the pc(without windows), monitor and any keyboard.(I live in Latvia so not all parts are availible here)

Games I want to run:
F1 2017,
Mirror's Edge Catalyst,
Euro Truck Simulator 2,
GTA V,
Fortnite,
Forza Horizon 3,
Other simulators(FSX, Fernbus, Omsi, etc.)
I would like to run all of those games on atleast 30 FPS on medium graphics.

What I need
1TB Hard drive,
More than 3 USB ports,
Wifi motherboard(or an adapter counted in that budget),
8GB RAM,
Monitor doesnt have to be larger than 19"

This is my first time building a pc so I am scared of something not being compatible and any parts/cables missing.

In my mind I have an i5 8th gen, 1050ti and 8gb ram, but im not sure.

Thanks for helping in advice!

I dont have stores in latvia. I used german partpicker for estimated prices. He will have to find the parts in latvia himself.

The rule of thumb being the Cheapest 8GB 4*2 kit of ddr4 3000/3200 mhz memmory. This also applies to the GPU, but i suggest looking on the used market

Thanks for the help guys!

1. If you want to search how much parts cost in latvia use the site salidzini.lv Its basically a site that compares prices over local internet stores.

2. After checking the setup that Beer(without windows and wifi adapter) the total comes to 726,85 euro. I have not tried checking amazon or anything foreign.

Im not sure if that cuts it, I will have to ask my parents if they can throw on the 27 euro. If not I think of throwing out the SSD since I dont need it that much(I understand its for faster boot times with Windows, I dont mind waiting a little though.) Can anyone give a comparison of pc boot times with windows on ssd and hdd?

Hi, you're welcome. I hope you can get the best PC with both of our suggestions.

The boot time with an SSD is around 10 seconds and 1 minute or more with an HDD. If you can live without the SSD, then its ok. I personally could not.

I hope your parents will be able to put in the extra money! Good luck.
