SSD probelms (ssd not formating)

Hello

 

my ssd is not formating by any means i cant clean it with windws (this pc select disk and format) or with windwos install (shift f10, sleect disk 0, clean disk) when i check for syster erors it just takes long time and at the end it shows there was and error)

its my patrion spark 128 gb ssd it worked great but when it got the error i had windows installed on it and it just rebooted after like 15 sec of windows start

Sounds like it's toast. Patriot doesn't have a super great reliability record so it might just be a bad SSD. What are the SMART values?

i think this is what you meant but its using usb 3 now that why its so slow
