Need help with steam account level and cuisine royale!

My first problem(well not a problem) is that there are no task for me to do to level up my steam account.When my steam account was level 5 there 28 task and I leveled up by completing 27 of them I think.But now I am level 8 and there are no task.What the heck?How do I level up to 10 now?
My second problem is that I cant get into a match in Cuisine Royale.I live in Bangladesh.SEA servers are best for online gaming here.But CR(cuisine royale) doesn't have any of them.So I selected East Asia ones.But I cant get into a match.Even if i select NA servers.

you lvl your steam account up by making badges, you know, with the trading cards
