I believe that's usually a display driver related issue. Did you update your display driver?

You should be removing old GPU drivers and then Install the newer drivers from AMD or Nvidia when getting a new graphic card. Especially if you're upgrading from an older model.

One of two things, you are either missing the display drivers or windows is trying to install them on its own, most likely you just need to install Nvidia or amd drivers depending on what gpu you have
