Network soultion for new build (£10-20)

i'm no expert on this at all you i'd like some advice on this.

I'd like other solutions but id heavily prefer a internal solution.

I would get something from tp link instead, for example:

I just havent heard from that brand before, but if it is a good brand in uk, buy it.

I've never heard of Fenvi, so you might be out of luck as far as extended support goes. However, from the small amount of reading I've done, it seems to work out of the box on Windows 7+ since it has a generic Intel combined Wifi/Bluetooth chipset (the 6205) which Windows has built in support for. 

 

A friend of mine uses the Archer 1300mbit variant of the TP-link card that was recommended, but even with Windows 10 1803, it has no out of the box driver support.

 

Apparently the build quality on the Fenvi card is awful, though, so it might be a "fit it and forget it" and hope it doesn't fall apart on you.

I'm guessing that's a bog-standard cheap Chinese PCIe to mini-PCIe adapter with a bog standard cheapo Intel mini-PCIe NIC in it.  You can buy the parts separately on eBay, although it would probably cost about the same.

 

Intel aren't exactly considered the "peak" of WiFi technology, they are just really cheap because they are often used as standard for laptops.
