Can you hel indentify the ports

So a CD rom fell out of my laptop and my parents gave that laptop before I managet to put it back. Do now I want to reuse it but I dont know what ports are there

It's a slim SATA connector. It can easily be converted to regular SATA data and SATA power via a breakout cable.
