Optane memory to boost my secondary harddrive

First of all, I'm not an expert at this sorta stuff. I've just got hold of a 32gb optane memory and I'm confused as to set it up to boost my secondary hard drive to boost my game loading times etc. I did as the instructions said that came with it and removed RST and installed optanememory application (latest version) but when I go to setup only my SSD (system drive) is visible from the drop-down menu... I'm running a 8700k, maximus hero x MB (latest bios). The hard drive is a seagate baracuda 2TB. Do I have to completely reinstall windows to set this up? Plus I can't seem to disable the CSM without disabling my UEFI choices, unless I'm looking in the wrong place? Plus I'm not completely sure what m.2 remapping is. Any help would be grand! I haven't enabled optane memory yet as I came to the conclusion the hard drive should be listed as a choice? Any help would be appreciated <3

I haven't done it myself, but I was under the impression that you should be able to enable the optane memory in the newest Intel Rapid Storage Tech (get it from Intel or Asus page).  If that fails, maybe enable it in the optane memory application.

Side thought: what provision did you do for your 2TB HDD and did you format and set a drive letter yet?
