GTX 1070 Lagging when gaming

so i just got Asus GTX 1070 Dual and just install it for 2 days now

since the beginning my game is lagging which is weird cause i dont have this issue when i still got my RX 480 

i already uninstall my AMD driver still same issue

Full pc spec on my signature

and the game i been playing is 

GTA V 

NBA 2K18 

WWE 2K18 

anyone got ideas why this happen?

Uninstalled with DDU in safe mode ? if not well use ddu and make sure windows auto drivers are turned off

i dont use ddu i unistall it just from control panel

i might try DDU rn

What are your other system specs? Possible CPU bottleneck?

DDU removes everything from previous driver, it saved mu but a few times lel

gigabyte z270x gaming k5

16gigs corsair vengeance ram impossible bottleneck lol

just unistalled it with ddu might try run my game now for some result

Try deleting the GPU off of Device Manager.

Next try a hard reboot.

 

What are your temps? My i7-6700K runs pretty toast 78-85C during Overwatch play at top settings (auto scale) at 1440p 16:9 getting 70fps. When I try pushing it farther (200% scale) it goes all choppy and can't display transparents correctly as if I had lag.

Perhaps your CPU is throttling? Check your 3D settings in Nvidia display settings. Make sure to have the latest drivers and reset your router.

Did you buy it used by chance? I heard that 1070s where mining love birds. If your willing try the Zotac GTX 1080 (mini) its like $60 more on Amazon.

The 1080 is $500

i bought used one but its friend gpu he barely even know mining lols
