You used Afterburner to overclock the GPU, I assume? Do you have integrated graphics or an extra GPU lying around. If so, I'd recommend removing the current GPU, booting off a different one, and then uninstalling Afterburner before putting your new GPU in.

Cani just remove the gpu and do it like that

Or don't tick the box "Apply on startup" before you know it's completely stable :P
