Peltier modules just rapidly transfer heat from one side of them to the other, and lose effectiveness as you turn up the heat. They also spit out more heat on the hot side than they take in on the cold side because they require electricity to work.

You also need beefier coolers with Pelters because of that.

Come Bloody Angel

Break off your chains

And look what I've found in the dirt.

Pale battered body

Seems she was struggling

Something is wrong with this world.

Fierce Bloody Angel

The blood is on your hands

Why did you come to this world?

Everybody turns to dust.

Everybody turns to dust.

The blood is on your hands.

The blood is on your hands!

Pyo.

Need to insulate your components for any sub ambient cooling. You can't take a chance.

That means covering boards in LET and maybe even putting vaseline in sockets. Insulating tubes carrying coolant to and from blocks, reservoirs and radiators.

There are some video on our humble tube where some guys use Peltier modules for cpu/gpu 'custom' cooling???.

Is this not madness Peltier can give temp lower than room temp won't mb will short.

They're not very efficient since you need to oversize your peliter (wattage) to just get decent cooling especially if you want to go sub-ambient. That being said as Dildor mentioned it would require insulation to prevent frost or condensation.
