I recently got a CERTIFIED REFURBISHED Razer Ripsaw, meaning it was tested before being shipped and everything. It's connected up properly but I'm getting a code 10 in device manager with the error "Insufficient resources exist to complete the API". What do I do? The light is red on it and it does SHOW in device manager - Synapse 2.0 is also recognizing it. Razer Support is writing it off as "defective" but if it were then it wouldn't show up at all. Any idea? Suggestions?

something like driver missing, or some soft?

I've tried everything. It has to be defective. I requested a return from Amazon and am getting an Elgato capture card instead since everything else I'm getting is Elgato. I heard the software works like a dream. Should I get the HD60 or HD60S? I really, really wish that I had an extra slot in my case for one of the better PCI-E capture cards that they have.

AV products can wreak havoc with these types of devices. Can also be caused by another software conflict (ie: having Corsair, Razer, and Logitech device software installed and running at the same time.)

In my case, it was my AV product that caused this issue with my Razer Ripsaw.
