My first Gaming PC Build

Hey Guys!

 

So I just finalized some Gaming RIG parts and I couldn't decide between the two builds that which one would serve me better and be of good value, I don't really have a fixed budget cause I don't want performance degradation, but I also don't have a very flexible one - around $750 and if I really really really really have to, then JUST $800. I'll leave a spreadsheet attached below that has two builds with the parts hyperlinked and prices totalled (autosum) and I want you guys to recommend me one of them, also, tell me what case I should buy, I just want tempered glass and support for ATX on the lowest possible, with USB 3.1/3.0 ports and other header things....I'll RGB-ify with some strips when i have the $$$

And yeah I want to play the following games at the best value build: 

Also recommend me a motherboard for the Intel build, and I may overclock but not to the max just a little bit, and I may not use the m.2 slots, and wifi isn't what i am looking for, so anything except these things would do

 

PUBG (medium - high)

GTA 5 (medium - high)

Fortnite (high)

Watchdogs (medium-high)

Call of Duty WW2 (medium - high_

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare (medium)

Call of Duty BO3/2 (medium)

Dirt Rally (medium - high)

---All games at 1080p---

---I would like a minimum of 60fps---

---And other relatively demanding titles---
