Hey Guys,

I recently just put a new hard drive into my system. It's a Seagate 1tb Hard Drive. Now It has been buzzing for a while but I haven't really noticed it (I have noise cancelling headphones). I started getting annoyed with it because it means I cant record. I have left a link to a video of the audio of the buzzing (This is what you hear through my microphone). I should just note that it isn't as loud I bumped the sound so you could hear it better.

Cheers,

Oliver

idk tbh

I dont see any link and it might that the vibration of the HDD makes something else make that buzz sound, check if the screws are tight and optionally put some holes into a sponge and put the sponge between hard drive and drive bay and screw through the sponge. If you have a slide mount (had one in my old dell) make sure that the drive fits tight and doesnt have much wiggle to it
