Proberbly yes but u may have to pay TAX and they would have to go through scanners which may fry them.

Checked luggages as in travels in hold aren't issue. Not for security. No active power. And if they are new in package, ask store to seal them for you. Only issue is customs which you have to check.

 

As carry-on, bit different thing. But again, new and sealed should get cleared.
