Need some help with PORTS.

So, I'm building a pc and I am wondering if I can use this WIFI card ( https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GC-WB1733D-I-rev-10#ov ) on this motherboard ( https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B350-PC-MATE.html ).

 

I'm using the Ryzen 5 2400g, which means no GPU, but if I would want to upgrade in the future with a discrete one, could I use both the GPU and the WIFI card?

Wifi card can go into the 1-2in slot right below or above the gpu and should fit depending on the gpu size. Should fit in the top one no problem with a gpu right below it

Yup you're fine with that pair. The wifi card goes into the PCI-E X1 slot (you have two, one on the very top and one in the middle of the PCI-E stack) and a GPU would go into a PCI-E X16 slot (the big silver one second down from the top of the stack).
