I've installed a 2 Terabyte Hard Drive into my PC but it won't show up under the "This PC" part in file explorer. It is however showing on HWiNFO. I'm wanting it to be combined with my C: drive. Can someone help me with this?

I don't know if you can combine it or if you even want to, but you have to format it first before using it. Open Disk Management(type "format" into the search bar) and find the unallocated area for that particular drive, right-click on it and click "New Simple Volume". Follow the on-screen prompts.

I might be misunderstanding this but I want it so I have a combined 3 TB of storage as "local disk", not local disk and new volume.

Then convert the other drive into a dynamic volume and expand it. But this can only be done if its not a bood drive. But really id just make it anouther volume
