Burn it with Thermite.

Or recycle it.

Its not a 750W PSU, its garbage. What did you expect from a 20€/750"W" PSU?!

(OK, its 37,11€ right now)

A be quiet System Power 9 with 400W is a bit more expensive (12cent) but the difference between a Lada and a Mercedes.

And since you mentioned old, its probably a passive PFC thingy...

@STRMfrmXMN FP-750 is from Intertech. They are a low quality brand like you've never seen before, most of their units are just utter shit.

And barely any better than a random eBay cheapo...

Considering OP is making an average of 40 USD per month, I think that waiting two months will probably be OK. I wouldn't power my system with it either, but I don't think OP has a choice.

Hi :)

I have an old PSU called "FP-750W"

I am going to upgrade my system. should i keep using the PSU until i have an extra 60-80 Euros to get a better one, Or should i get a cheaper CPU, to spend the saved money on a new PSU?

Here u can see the old and new Setup.

Thanks alot for your help!

I'd say only for a maximum of 2 months.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
