extract Data from an Internal Page (XML)?

Hi

I used I Macros for some Hobby Projects like to see where the Cheapest Nights for the next Year in a Hotel is who I liked.
Now I have a much serious thing to do. There is an Internal Page with quite no Information or Documentation and the Company sayed "use it how it is or buy some different Product". Sure... Now I got forced the Page to put out an XML File. The Problem is some of the Values get Updated frequently and some not. After an Event the Event dissapear from the File without Updating like -> Create Folder XY -> if the task was finish without an Error the dissapear how I sayed before.

The Problem the Data are not intend to get stored or anything elese. So I need to store them.

The next Problem is the are not just one Page the are 200 - 300 who have to be checked frequently for Updates and the Software must be intelligent enough to run a script like:
If the File are "just" "<Err code=...." the should update the Page in 11h + Random Number <60. If the Page have an Task with a Time the should refresh the Page in Time -60sec + -30sec + -10sec + 0sec

And the Updated Values of the Tast have to put into an CSV File and a Database.

Any Ideas? It must work Until Dec. if not I have to wait Another Year to collect the Data for Stats.
