Looking for "soap opera" effect (Frame/Motion interpolation)

I tried posting this in the displays section but didn't get much traction.

I know I'm one of the weird ones but I am looking for a TV that has the "soap opera" effect built in. I want the effect for a second PC, it's actually my streaming PC, that I watch all my youtube, netflix, ect. on. Higher frame rates will always look better to me. I have used a few software solutions (SVP) for higher FPS but they don't work with netflix or amazon.

So to the heart of my question, I am trying to find a TV with the effect on all the time with 4k.

I have a Samsung UHD TV where it's very obvious. You can't magically make new frames btw

look for those "120hz", or "240hz" tvs

I haven't seen a tv that could keep up that "soap opera" effect consistently where scenes become complex. To pull it off, the tv has to construct frames in between what it recieves for references then use those to simulate high frame rate. My dislike for this effect comes from the gross inconsistency rather than the framerate itself.

But really, just look for something with a high refresh rate, and pay close attention to the spec sheet.
