@IdiotPenguin I have considered it but after the research i did not seem worth it because i pay 100$ more and the difference isn't big enough.

@Jurrunio  Yeah, i choose the MSI Z370 because i wanted to overclock but i don't need i now because i switched from i5 8600k to 8400 to save 200$

@AcceptForce I'd go far a B360  board to save some $ and go for an 8600.

If you can stretch the budget in to include a 1060 6GB, if that is not possible drop down to 8GB's of DDR4 and upgrade it in a month or two to 16GB.

Besides that pretty good :)

When the PC is acting up haunted,

who ya gonna call?
"Monotone voice" : A local computer store.

*Terrible joke I know*

Everything looks decent. Just a few notes.

1.) You can downgrade your motherboard to any 300-series motherboard and performance will be the same. H310, B360, or H370

2.) You can also downgrade your PSU to any good quality lower wattage PSU if that would save you some money.

Let us know also where you'll be buying your parts

I am going to buy at a store from my country since then my insurance will actually cover my pc and it is easier for me to contact them and get things fixed if something breaks. I live in Norway so i am going to deal with a store thats called Komplett. I am going to go for a B360. But i am unsure if i should go with i5-8600k and a liquid cooler that would amount to 1 310$. Or just stick to the above and swap motherboard and power supply and pay 1 142 $. Or my last choice is upgrade the GPU to GTX 1070 ti and pay 1 422 $. I want to get the cheapest one but i am not sure it will cover my fps and graphics demands.

for 1920x1080 60hz the 1060 in either flavor(if you include China's 5gb then there are at least 3 but whatever) will be enough for most things with some settings alterations. For 1920x1080 144hz the 1070 Ti will be enough for most things possibly with settings alterations, the 1070 ti will also be enough for 1440p 60 Hz for most things with some settings alterations.

Watched numerous youtube vids, and read a few articles on this in the past few days. Depending on the resolution(think 4k here) the 8400 will feed the GPU nearly as well as the highest performing CPU(weird right?) with the 1070TI+8400 combo: At 1080p if you only have a 60hz monitor it'll feed the GPU well enough to guarantee you get >60 fps.  144hz for 144FPS with 1080p and you should still be mostly okay
