ThrottleStop Errors help?

Hey, So I was looking to undervolt my new laptop. 

 

Throttle Stop worked before I clean installed Windows lastnight

I tried to reintall VCRedist 64. But im still getting the same error? 

 

any help? I have also tried to re install the program
