So my motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P I know that it is not the bet chipset and all that but for the life of me I cannot OC my CPU in the bios at all, I have followed multiple guides on how to do it but I cant change the values of the multiplier or anything like that, does anyone know why? I am pretty sure that you can OC on this Mobo.

Go to M.I.T -> Advanced Frequency Settings -> CPU Clock Ratio

adjust and save. Should work

Is there some switch for OCing like from Auto settings to Manual? I didn't catch that in the manual.

Maybe "BCLK Clock Control" has to be set to Manual or something. I would say update the BIOS, but there is only 1 version (F1) :P

I can't think of anything more to do. Looks like you're stuck at stock.
