After searching the web for the best build I can make with $750, I believe I've finally found the right build for livestreaming videogames.

Excellent build. Seeing as you have $40 to spare, you could go for a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD instead of the 250GB Patriot one you currently have in your plan.

Here is the best I could do, though you could switch to a different SSD and up your CPU power. Link -> This is why I chose the ADATA drive btw <- Link

Switching storage to a less costly 240-256GB solution would easily free up room to move to a 2600.

Until someone disassembles that drive to establish what the actual cache ADATA tossed in that thing is I am gonna be just a wee bit angry about ADATA saying effectively "Yes it has a cache on it. No we won't tell you even if you guess correctly. Live with it."

But that was a digression. The case supports up to a 240MM radiator if you ever choose to water cool, and depending on how youa rrange the inside of the case up to 8 fan install points(6 if watercooled) for insane caseflow.

Also as a possible change to this list is that there are multiple 480-500GB SSDs that also fit into the build with only changing that portion of the build.
