Am I holding my mouse wrong? Red wrist.

Zyre

I just played Just Cause 3 for about 1 hour, and my wrist started to feel. I noticed I had the red marking that most gamers probably know off.

This time however it started to annoy me. When I stop for a bit I feel blood going into the area again.

Am I in some way holding my mouse wrong? The part that starts to feel is resting on my mouse pad. The rest of my hand is resting on my mouse.

When I move my mouse, I move it on the spot of the red marking. So it's basically always in one spot.

I took pictures so I can show you.

Friction, baby

It's annoying and makes me want to grab my Xbox One controller so I don't have this.

Maybe try claw grip or something to adjust how you use your mouse to avoid this.

Playing with a controller isnt an issue - i'd much rather play games like JC3 with a controller.

That's how I hold my mouse and I have the G502 as well but I never had any issues with my hand. Maybe shift the weight a bit back on the mouse pad or move your hand away from the mouse from time to time
