How good will this run?

Not the best with pc parts and such so I came here to get some help, any help provided will be appreciated.

 

So I am soon building my first pc and wanting it to last atleast 5 years.

i7-8700K

GTX 1080 Gigabyte Windforce

Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz 

Asus - TUF Z270 MARK 2 

Corsair H100I V2 AIO

2TB Hard drive

250gb SSD

EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

 

 £1700 (Pounds) and I cannot go higher.

 

This will never be overclocked and I am looking to buy a 144hz monitor and I'm hoping to reach past 144 fps on games such as Overwatch,Fortnite,Raindow six siege,Rust and some BR games coming out.

 

If anyone knows how much fps this would push as well as how long this PC will last that would be great.

 

This pc will be used for Gaming and Streaming.

buy why 7th gen when 8th gen is out? 8600k will slap the 7700k silly for example.

it will probably break your budget, though I havent checked the details.

 

You also need a Z370 board instead.

A Z370 board, idk how close you are to budget limits so I can't say a specific one.

I picked the first thing I saw compatible @sazrocks I'm a competitive gamer and game around for long periods at a time. I want something in which won't wear down after many long sessions. hence not wanting overclock.

i would do something like this, below budget so you can add the fans you wanted, or whatever, components can be changed if you want them to look better, your water cooler if you want (but you do not need it since you’re not ocing).

If you wont overclock don't go with a 8700K it is just wasted money to pair it with a Non OC mobo take the 8700 a B360 board and use the money saved for the 1080ti like Wolther said.
