How to clean Thermal paste

I got my ryzen 1200 today and I got it out and placed the fan on my bed and got cat hairs on my thermal paste. now I'm not sure what to do

Well, either wipe it off and apply new thermal compound, or try to clean the dirty stuff, but that's probably not the best option. How bad is it?

You could always just clean it off with alcohol and apply some new high quality stuff, it's only a few bucks.
