"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file"

So earlier today i launched fortnite and it worked perfectly fine with no errors. I shut down my pc because i wasn't gonna use it for a while. I switched on my pc and then launched the game then the error "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file" came up (refer to picture) i followed some fixes like editing the security permissions and disabled my antivirus and it still gave the error. When i searched it on google, people posted on it on the epic games forum and they said you have to reinstall the game and restart your pc, but i dont want to do that

 

do you know any other fixes?
